Cupcakes for Everyone!

After a yummy dinner we were ready for dessert! The Cupcake shop on Glenwood has every kind of cupcake you can ask for so it made for an easy choice on where to find something sweet!

When it was time to go, Layla and Caroline gave a big hug. I think they are really starting to figure out they are pre destined BFF’s!

Marbles Day Out

One very pretty day we took off and spent the day at Marbles with Miss Caroline!

The girls had so much fun exploring and roaming. Marbles is such a cool place!

After we played all day we went to eat at Tobacco Road. The food is sooo good there!

Build A Bear

Layla got a great gift card from Build A Bear from Melissa for her birthday! We were all very excited to get started building our bear. We fueled up first at the cheesecake factory.



After a great lunch we headed over to Build A Bear! Layla picked out her new bear, Her name is Sparkle J

I walked into our living room and this is what I found!

Layla turns Three!

It is hard for me to believe, but Layla is Three!



Her favorite color is purple so she chose purple cupcakes!



Her party this year was held at “Bounce U” and it was great fun! We combined her party with a few of her girlfriends who all have birthdays within the same couple of weeks. It worked out beautifully, almost her whole class was there.



Jacob and Layla had fun on the big slides, you probably can’t tell by their smiles though ;)



Miss Caleigh and Austin



I hope so much that Caleigh, Caroline, Layla and Julia’s new baby girl can be as close as we all are. What a wonderful thing if they could grow up together! *now I must say that when it comes to college I hope they follow in Melissa’s footsteps and go to Meredith or Peace or womens college of sort and live in the dorms and study hard…. Hey, I can dream right ;)

We came home to open gifts and have a little separate party for just Layla… yummy snacks!

To top of the evening and maybe wear off a little sugar, we blew up the new jump house Layla got from her papa and Donna. Fun for all! It was a great weekend, I do not wish for her fourth birthday to arrive any sooner than it will, but I know we are in for another fun party when it does arrive.

Grandmama's Birthday

Grandmama turns… well a few more years older than the other birthday girls this month ;)



We had a great time celebrating. It is always fun for the kiddos to get outside and run. They always enjoy it!





After lunch and playtime we enjoyed birthday cake from Apple Annies. I’m so glad Claire lives near such a delicious cake place! My goodness, I’m talking this cake is Good with a capital G!
